Compact and well designed studio in charming neighborhood. Clean and new. Great value.
Not for those over 6’4” or who struggle going up and down stairs (bed is in loft).

Comfortable loft-style apartment located on a very calm and green street. The metro is within walking distance, and it’s a perfect place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of Thao Dien. Everything is exactly as described. The apartment has all the facilities you need, communication was easy, and the code-operated door makes access very convenient at any time. Highly recommended.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The WIFI worked well. They provide toiletries. There's cutlery and one can cook one's own meal there. The AC works. The staff is kind.
The area is prone to floods.
