Rewelacyjna lokalizacja dla osób szukających odpoczynku od miejskiego zgiełku. Zarówno plaża jak i sklep bardzo blisko od obiektu. Świetna baza wypadowa jeśli wynajmujesz auto - parking. Apartament przestronny z osobnymi łazienkami dla obu sypialni. W kuchni, kawa, herbata, przyprawy, środki czystości. Wyposażenie pełne i sprawne choć nie najnowsze. Na pewno gdy będę planował ponowną wizytę w Portugali, wezmę pod uwagą ten apartament.

Dostęp do basenu jest współdzielony i w oddaleniu, a w ramach apartamentu są karty wstępu (nie sprawdzaliśmy jak wygląda) - powinno to być opisane w ofercie. W apartamencie konieczne są drobne naprawy - np. blatu przy kuchni, wymiana piekarnika, ogarnięcie grila.

Absolutamente, una verdadera estafa

Nuestra experiencia en Alfamar 2120 ha sido, sencillamente, desastrosa. La vivienda no reúne en absoluto las condiciones mínimas para ser ofrecida en Booking y, mucho menos, por el precio desorbitado que se nos cobró (1.800 € por 6 noches). La limpieza es inexistente: telas de araña, suelos y azulejos pegajosos y con grasa, pelusas por toda la casa, hormigas en los muebles de cocina, frigorífico con moho y congelador convertido en un bloque de hielo. (Eso sí, productos de limpieza no faltaban, para que pudieras limpiar tú antes de establecerte en la casa). Uno de los baños era completamente inutilizable, con carteles de advertencia de que no funcionaba, y el extractor de la cocina tampoco funcionaba, lo que hacía imposible cocinar en condiciones. Varios interruptores y persianas eléctricas estaban rotos, los aires acondicionados parecían reactores y hacían imposible dormir, y el sofá cama estaba destrozado, sin poder pegar ojo en él tampoco. El jardín se encontraba abandonado, lleno de maleza y con presencia de avispas y ratones. Los dos primeros días, además, estuvimos sin wifi porque no estaba al corriente de pago. Y lo más indignante: lo anunciado como piscina privada resultó ser una piscina comunitaria a casi un kilómetro de distancia, compartida por más de 100 viviendas. Desde el primer día trasladamos todos los problemas al anfitrión, que únicamente nos ofreció disculpas verbales, reconociendo que ya conocía muchos de los desperfectos. En ningun caso ofreció otra alternativa, ni el abono o reintegro de la estancia parcial o total debido al lamentable estado de la casa, aun siendo conocedor del desastroso y lamentable estado de la misma, ya que en varias ocasiones nos reconoció que sabia todos los desperfectos. Nunca se nos ofreció ni una solución real, ni una alternativa, ni una compensación justa. Nos sentimos totalmente engañados y estafados.
