La ubicación, inmejorable. Cerca de todo lo interesante a visitar y de la zona de bares y restaurantes. Se puede recorrer andando todo el centro turístico e, incluso, si no se lleva equipaje pesado, llegar a las estaciones de tren y bus. El bus del aeropuerto a menos de 5 minutos.
Es una habitación equipada con pequeña cocina, lo justo para poder preparar algo de desayuno y cena ligera.
La cama es muy cómoda. Quizás las almohadas demasiado blandas, pero eso es muy personal.
Es una segunda planta sin ascensor. Subir y bajar con el equipaje por esas escaleras de madera es peligroso. Son escaleras de caracol, con los escalones de madera antiguos inclinados, con distintas alturas, en tramos sin una barandilla a la altura de la mano y se hace difícil subir y bajar teniendo que llevar peso y, a la vez, mantener el equilibrio.
El que no haya un lugar donde poder poner la maleta abierta. Sólo en el suelo.

Logement très cozy, ultra fonctionnel et très bien décoré situé vraiment en plein cœur de la ville. Proche métro république, lieux touristiques (cathédrale notamment) et commerces + restaurants. Boite à clé autonome et indications d'arrivée (codes portes - étage - code boite à clés ect) transmis en amont et très clairs - Logement ultra agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Literie très confortable. Salle de bain pratique ainsi que petite cuisine très bien équipée = idéal court séjour en solo ou en couple. Dans mon cas pour une nuit en déplacement pro = optimum voir suréquipé car mon séjour était très court (je serai bien restée d'avantage !) Echanges avec l'hôte très efficace et agréable - Envoi de facture par mail très réactif
Escalier d'époque qui a beaucoup de charme mais qui est un peu périlleux car aucune marche n'est droite (mais encore une fois ça a son charme ! il faut juste y aller tranquille !) - Voisins un poil bruyants mais plus de bruits après 23H donc très corrects - Rien à dire de négatif = tout était parfait

The location was right in the historic part of the city and close to the train station as well. We did not stay long enough to use the bus and subway system it would have been easy to use. The owners let us check in early which was much appreciated. The bathroom looked new and was very nice.
The size of the apartment was not much more than a good sized hotel room but with kitchen equipment thrown in. The kitchen section was very small and inconvenient to use. The studio is accessed by a fairly steep stairway to the second floor. It is an old building and the stairs slant. I don't recommend this staircase for seniors.
