Eurostars Valladolid

The breakfast section is excellent. Location is excellent. The only disappointment is the pool was closed from September 15 on, a little too early for a hot summer. It’s a beautiful property!

Nothing

Rooftop zwembad en zitjes. Ligging midden in het centrum.

Clean, fresh, spacious, well located, friendly staff

A little disappointed that the pool was closed

Location, close to plaza mayor and cathedral. Breakfast and staff at breakfast - good selection of plates, and service outstanding.

Not a 5-star hotel at all. First of all if you come by car it is difficult to find as the hotel is on a pedestrian only zone- hotel should advice you and give you directions. Since hotel parking is small, they should have a contract with the plaza mayor parking and make it available for guests. However you need to take an elevator and bring your stuff up from the underground parking, hence coordination with a bellhop would be useful. Quality of service at reception -unfriendly and not service oriented. Amenities in room not 5 star. Shampoo / soap in dispensers needed refill never happened. Service level needs to be upgraded if you want to be 5 star. For now no value for money. My recommendation is do a customer journey and think about what would a customer need or expect from a 5 star hotel from the moment I make the reservation until Inpeave.
