The location is excellent, safe building and great staff.
The apartment itself is quite outdated, the sofa looks dirty with quite a few stains, old furniture, not all the plugs worked (I couldn’t use the microwave because of that) and I missed some small things like dish cloths in the kitchen.

ja conhecia o edificio, e a região. bom atendimento da recepção.
limpeza do apto, tinha barata morta na gaveta dos talheres. tomadas soltas e sem proteção, fios (internet, tv a cabo) espalhados pelo apto. assento sanitário frouxo, um perigo. falta manutenção no apto, sao pequenos detalhes que mostram q o anfitrião nao tem vontade em melhorar. na cozinha, 1 dedo de detergente, 10 palitos de fósforo, e sem sabonete no banheiro (mas sempre trazemos o nosso). luzes instaladas bem em cima do ventilador de teto, quando ligado, fica passando a pa pela luz fazendo sombras, terrível. geladeira parece uma furadeira de tanto barulho. gelo no freezer de meses sem limpeza.
