Location really good. We walked along the beach into Filey and watched the sunset too,
It is a short drive into Filey and there is also a bus stop outside The Bay which makes it easy to get to the town,
Some shelves in the bathroom would be good, or a small cupboard to use for toiletries.

Location was excellent in a quieter part of the resort but great access to the facilities and beach. Spacious and well equipped. Even though it was booked at the last minute, the booking was dealt with really quickly and received all the information when needed. Great customer service.
The property although was tidy and clean it could do with a deep clean and general freshen up. The toilet and shower head in the main bathroom were dirty and there was no storage for any toiletries.
