The house has great facilities, the house is on the beach and because it is not in the city it feels like a private beach with sand. It has everything you may need in a vacation. It is 15 min by car to Kavos, the nearest beach city with lot of clubs and tavernas. The beach is perfect for kids because the sea is not deep. It is calm and clean.
The view is spectacular.
Everything is great, the only thing I might mentions is that it is 30 min walk or 10 min by car to the tavernas and the supermarket. But if you go for the peace and quiet that it offers is great.

Quiet, peaceful, central location for beaches, groceries and tavernas. Cute little river town near by. Lots to explore all within 30-40 min away. Didn’t even feel the need to make it to old town, loved it too much down here.

We just had a great 13-nights holiday at this property.
The host is a lovely person that keeps the house immaculate.
She personally greets you with a basket of goodies when you arrive and she is also very helpful supporting you and providing you with all the information that makes your holiday smoother like the best parking places in Corfu’ Town which saves you lot of time when you are there.
She arranges for the house to be cleaned and for the towel and bed linen to be changed regularly.
The house is really spacious and very well maintained. Air conditioning, WiFi and TV are there alongside a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is a large patio that provides shade during the day and also two balconies where you can relax. The one facing the sea provides you with an amazing view, particularly in the evening.
The garden is large and there is plenty of space to park a rental car out of the way.
At the back of the garden there is a gate that opens on a beautiful sandy beach with very shallow water.
The sun beds and sun shades were provided.
There is also an outside shower at the back of the garden.
To help with the shopping there are two large supermarkets at about 15 mins driving distance and a shop with all the essential in Lefkimmi village.
There is a nice bar on the beach at about 15 mins walking distance.

Morze, które było płytkie dzięki czemu mogłam leżeć na leżaku, a 3 moich dzieci swobodnie mogła bawić się w morzu. Obiekt jest bardzo duży. Plaża niby nie jest prywatna, ale w tym okresie mieliśmy tylko jednego sąsiada, więc czuliśmy się jakbyśmy mieli całą plażę dla siebie. W domu bardzo przyjemnie, jest klimatyzacja, wszystkie pomieszczenia są zadbane i czyste. Urocze miasteczko. Trochę na odludziu, ale właśnie tego chcieliśmy. Woda jest baaardzo ciepła i czysta, trzeba iść spory kawał żeby się ochłodziła. Cisza i spokój. Gospodarz zadbał o wszystko, kontakt też bardzo dobry.
