Cleanliness and location close to bars and shops
Coffee machine was provided with dirty water left in after previous stay and with no pods.
No small coffee cups for nespresso coffee, had to use large mugs.
No cold water was provided upon check in as outdoor temps were 35 degrees.
Only one full roll of toilet paper was provided.
A lady was waiting for our keys at 10:45 am when our checkout was 11am?
Basic kitchen utensils are not provided example no spatula or tongs.
Only one bin liner was provided for the bathroom for our 4 night stay between two rooms, purchased 100 bin liners for 70c?
We had booked two rooms also

An excellent choice in the city center, very close to the main attractions (museums, squares, market), restaurants, and shops. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Great for longer stays. I’ll definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.
You don't need a car to explore the city, and parking downtown is difficult. If you're driving, I recommend leaving your car in a parking lot outside the city center and using public transportation.
This is just a tip about the city; it's not a complaint about the accommodations.

the host sent message how to open lock box.
that there was no sofa bed. I had selected the room without sofa bed which was not easy to see at time of booking from the 3 rooms that were available. The host also did not pick up my request to make up the sofa bed and said everything will be ready. He agreed to one nights refund for the misunderstanding.
