Beautiful facility. Large, open, colorful lobby area with pool table for use. Nice exercise facility. Good breakfast. Large sized room. Quiet. Plenty of parking.

We stayed for one night in Kearney after a 9‑hour drive on our way to Breckenridge, and this hotel was exactly what our tired family needed.
The staff was the highlight of our stay. A very friendly older gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond in the middle of the night—he helped us get hot water for mint tea and brought up four extra bath towels with a smile. That kind of kindness makes all the difference when you arrive exhausted.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our room was huge, spotless, and well designed, with comfy beds and a very clean bathroom. Everything felt fresh and well maintained.
For a quick overnight stop, it was absolutely perfect. We would happily stay here again.
I have one small suggestion regarding breakfast. It seemed that only one lady was working, and she was doing her absolute best, but she could definitely use an extra pair of hands during the busy morning rush. Adding a few more options—like tomatoes or other fresh veggies, cottage cheese, and a salty choice for guests who don’t eat eggs or sausage—would make the breakfast even better. A simple addition like apples would also be a perfect touch.
