Will not book here again, owner not responsive and does not give instructions upon check in

Owner/ property manager was unresponsive

We arrived late around 10 pm. Booking was confirmed around 5pm the same day, but since there was no room number in the booking page, we tried to call the number they provided. It was always out of reach, so we opted to go directly to WV Towers 1 & 2. The security receptionist there did not know who the owner of this listing is because they dont have it on their list, they dont know who the owner of the number is so we were prancing around the reception for a good 30 mins trying to fond a solution. Take note this was late at night and we were already tired. I have 6 people with me who already fell asleep in the car. The security gave me a bunch of number to call to all of which were not the host. Tried calling the original number 25x but to no avail. This was a big hassle for us esp we already arrived late, and so I requested for refund, the owner/property manager approved a day later and apologized because it turns out they had the wrong number in their page. But even so, i was also contacting them via email so that was not a valid excuse. They should be active if they have a lot of listings.
