We had a wonderful stay at Solis Residence Aparthotel. We were three people staying in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. Since the hotel opened in July 2025, everything was new and worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the helpful staff. We were allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay much more convenient.
The location is excellent and we enjoyed the sea view from our apartment.
A practical note for future guests: kitchen supplies such as kitchen towels, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges, etc. are not provided, so you may want to buy them upon arrival. There are several supermarkets nearby, so this is not a problem. We used Bolt to get around Batumi – taxis were safe, readily available and cheap, usually costing only €2–5 per ride. We would not recommend driving in Batumi, it is a challenge.
Overall, an excellent stay – we would happily return.
