Welcome to your perfect beach retreat on the south end of Amelia Island! This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in the sought-after Sandpiper complex offers comfort, style, and stunning ocean views—all just steps from the sand via a private boardwalk.
The spacious primary suite features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise over the Atlantic.
The guest bedroom is ideal for families or friends, offering both a queen bed and a twin bed, plus access to a full bathroom.
A wall of sliding glass doors in the living area opens onto a covered patio with ocean views—perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing after a day on the beach.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Whether you're staying in or heading out, you'll appreciate the convenient location: just minutes from Peters Point Beachfront Park, the Ritz-Carlton, and a short drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District, known for its charming shops and restaurants.
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels (1), trash bags, and a sponge.)
A security camera is located directly inside the front door, facing the street, and on the back patio, facing the ocean. This is in place for your safety and security. There are no other recording devices inside the house.

This condo is the best of the 3 we have stayed at in Amelia - we really enjoyed it! It was in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The layout of this condo was great for us. We loved the partial coverage of the carport area because it gave us some shade. It was well stocked with cooking items and starter paper goods. It is on the end of the unit and adjacent to the boardwalk so access to the beach is super easy. We did not know that cars can park along this section of the beach but it did not take away from our vacation! We found spots each day to park ourselves! We plan to go back to Sandpiper next year!

We enjoyed 3 nights in April. It’s really an ideal location, right on the beach and close to parks, trail heads, great restaurants, and downtown. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to book again next year.

The condo was very clean and in a great oceanfront location. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the patio listening to the waves. We would definitely stay here again
