A dog-leg staircase from the hallway rises to the first floor and the landing area, from which, there is a spacious, light and airy living room with a feature bay window over-looking lush vegetation and a log burner within an alcove. There is a large television and ample seating, three of which recline. Another double bedroom is located on this floor with an en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing roll-top bath.



Second Floor

A further doorway on the landing gives access to stairs to the third floor attic accommodation which comprises twin beds and an en-suite shower shower room off.

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are allowed with an additional cost of £25 per dog per week - Any un declared dogs will be charged at £50 each.
