Welcome to Auke Bay Motor Lodge: hip, modern, newly remodeled boutique motel style units in the heart of Auke Bay. You will be within a three-minute drive to the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal!
Our brand-new units boast elevated furnishings from Article, West Elm, Room & Board as well as other higher-end stores. You will also find beautiful Delta or Elkay plumbing fixtures and the majority of our light fixtures are from Schoolhouse Electric (made in Portland, OR). Our units are thoughtfully designed with modern yet timeless materials.
You`ll have the best views in Juneau, all day every day. The apartment is located within a mixed-use building in the heart of Auke Bay, about a 20-minute drive from downtown Juneau. The building also hosts multiple restaurants, salons, bar (located at the opposite end of the building), a newly opened art gallery showcasing Alaskan artists, as well as a laundromat. Next door is a brewery/restaurant and yoga studio. You will also be right across the street from Statter Harbor where you can rent kayaks, and where the majority of Juneau`s summertime excursions, whale watch tours and fishing charters begin.

-Public Goods soaps
-Nespresso machine & pods
-Pour over coffee + electric kettle
-Heat + A/C units (very uncommon in Juneau)
We only accept dogs.
Dog must be listed on reservation when booking and only one dog allowed per booking.
100 lb. weight limit.
Must be housebroken (no puppies!).
No pets on furniture/beds.
Please use tan towels for wiping dog`s feet.
Dogs cannot be left in the unit unattended.
Please pick up all pet poo.
Our building is located on a somewhat busy road so there will be some road noise. Noise is minimal during nighttime. All curtains in the unit are sound deadening (and blackout for Alaska`s long summer days), there is a sound machine provided on the nightstand, we provide earplugs, and we are working on providing more sound deadening features to the windows. 99% of guests who have stayed in our apartments have not had an issue with noise.
The apartment is located on the second floor of our building and accessed by stairs.
We are currently working on an exterior remodel of our building. We made quite a bit of headway during 2024 but still have some work to do, so you will see some areas of our building where its age is showing. Always remember it`s what`s on the inside that counts ;-).

Nice space, modern renovation.
We loved the space and conveniences that the room had. The view was lovely and it was in a great location.
Host was very prompt to respond and was kind and courteous.
We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! Beautiful boat harbor view! All kinds of pet supplies so I'm pretty sure it's pet friendly! The room was clean and well stocked. The host was easy to contact and helpful! Honestly, what more could you want!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make a cup of coffee and light meals. The view of Auke Harbor is gorgeous.

This was a great find. Perfect for 2 guests. Lots of touches to make sure guests have what they need while there. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to stay here again!
