About this house rental
Escape to this welcoming condo that will sleep 11 guests. This phenomenal property boasts 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a private pool!.
1st floor:
Fully equipped kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cookware, etc.
Dining table that seats 4.
Spacious living room with a large tv, a sofa and loveseat plus 2 recliners.
Half bathroom.
Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Primary bedroom with a king bed, tv, in wall ironing board and an attached full bathroom.
The full bathroom that is attached to the primary bedroom has a double sink vanity, a walk in shower, a jetted bathtub with a TV!
2nd floor:
Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and tv.
Large loft area with two sets of twin bunk beds. One set of bunk beds also has a trundle bed. Bunk room sleeps a total of 5 people.
Full bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate bathtub.
Front Exterior:
Large driveway will fit 2 vehicles.
A boat trailer can be parked on the rocky area next to the driveway.
Back Exterior:
Covered patio provides shade and has a ceiling fan to keep cool and has a table and chairs for outdoor eating/drinking.
Private pool (not heated).
Outdoor shower.
Propane gas grill.
Large deck with seating overlooking the canal.
Private boat slip on the canal.
Large, covered, 2nd floor balcony with seating overlooking the pool and canal.
All of this, plus wifi is included and the property is in a great location. The beach is a short, less than 5 minute, drive away. Close to a grocery store and several restaurants. Come see it all for yourself!

Loved the House! Everything you need to live comfortably on the island. I will definitely be making this my routine spot so as long as they will have me.. beautiful house, perfect location, safe and central neighborhood. Quality neighbors and plenty to do ! What else can you ask for? A

The top oven smoked badly and smelled like chemical fumes. Maybe someone forgot to wipe it out when cleaning. Otherwise this was the best place we have stayed to date on the island.

Home was great! The large living area a pool area were very nice. Parking was perfect, room for two large trucks and a boat.
