Parking Pass Rules

Parking is optional and available upon request. To ensure the pass is ready for your stay, please review the following guidelines.

Requesting a Parking Pass

The parking pass should be requested with your reservation.

For stays under 14 days, the parking pass is available for a $49 flat fee.

If you did not request parking when booking, you have until the day before check-in to request and pay for the pass. Requests made after this deadline may not be accommodated.

Your host will send the applicable parking charge through the booking platform. Payment must be completed before the parking pass is provided.

Guests staying 14 days or longer receive complimentary parking pass access.

During Your Stay

• Please keep the parking pass secure and in your possession while using it.
• Do not leave the pass in common areas or building entrances.
• Guests are responsible for the pass throughout their stay.

At Checkout

The parking pass must be returned inside the unit and placed on the kitchen counter before checkout.

Please do not leave the pass inside your vehicle.

Lost or Unreturned Passes

• A $175 replacement fee applies to a lost or unreturned parking pass.
• If emergency retrieval or replacement coordination is required within 1 hour of checkout, a $75 inconvenience fee may also apply.
• A stolen pass that cannot be recovered will be treated as lost unless verifiable documentation is provided.

Additional Parking Rules

• Unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing by the property or building management.
• Parking access is for registered guests only.
• Do not duplicate, share, or transfer the parking pass to others.
• Failure to follow parking procedures may result in revoked parking privileges during the stay.

Cleaning

Your cleaning fee covers the standard turnover between guests, including laundering linens, sanitizing the property, cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and preparing the loft for the next arrival.

We understand that normal use is part of every stay. We do not expect guests to leave the property spotless.

Additional cleaning charges may apply only when cleaning required goes significantly beyond normal use.

Examples include:

• Excessive trash left throughout the property
• Large spills or stains requiring specialized cleaning
• Strong odors requiring odor treatment
• Excessive food waste or unwashed dishes left throughout the unit
• Evidence of smoking or unauthorized pets
• Biohazard cleanup
• Conditions requiring additional labor or professional cleaning

Additional cleaning fees begin at $100 and are assessed based on the extent of the additional cleaning required.

A fee structure is in place for violations including unauthorized guests, smoking, damages, excessive cleaning, and other violations of the property rules. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules and applicable charges.
