4CAM35 - Very nice villa in a residence with common swimming pool, in a quiet area about 1 km from the beaches and town center, equipped for 4 people, renovated in 2025, with terrace, small courtyard, private wifi and air conditioning.the villa, on two levels includes a living room of about 25 m2 with living room (convertible sofa 160 cm for 2 additional beds possible), dining area and TV corner opening onto the terrace of 12 m2 with open view on the hills. The kitchen is separate and equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and vacuum hood, small appliances, washing machine).Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 140 cm bed and one with 160 cm bed), A shower room with toilet.Guests can relax around the collective pool of the residence at 50 m, gardens and petanque grounds. Free parking spaces in the residence available but not registered and not guaranteed according to the periods.Air conditioning and private wifi in the house.Pool of the collective residence, open in summer according to governmental and prefectural decisions (usually from June to September).Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition.You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be required to make it before your arrival (no cash or cheque).We are approved Holiday Cheques.Not suitable for PMRs.Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Georisques website: www.georisques.gouv.fr The keys are to be recovered from CityGest from 3pm until 5pm (6pm in July and August).
