The private heated pool is located in the garden on the ground floor. It features pool lighting and a waterfall, making it a great place to relax during the day or spend time together in the evening.

Upstairs, the rooftop terrace gives you another space to enjoy the house. It includes a grill and is a great option for an outdoor dinner or barbecue with family and friends.

Home Cinema & Entertainment

One of the things that makes Shark Villa especially fun for groups is the home cinema. The 100-inch screen and two sofa beds make it a comfortable place to watch movies, play games with the Nintendo Switch and PS5, or simply hang out.

There is also a 70-inch TV in the living room, so there is always something to do when you’re taking a break from the beach or exploring Cancún.

Location

Shark Villa is located in Via Cumbres, inside a residential community with green areas and 24/7 security.

The location is convenient for getting around Cancún, with restaurants and supermarkets approximately 5 minutes away. The Hotel Zone and beaches are about 15 minutes away, and Cancún International Airport is also approximately 15 minutes from the villa, depending on traffic.

A car is recommended if you want to explore Cancún and the surrounding areas, although transportation services and ride-sharing options are also available.
