Ottima posizione per arrivare nel centro di Chieti in pochi minuti a piedi. La possibilità di farci il caffè senza bisogno di uscire, il frigorifero in camera con diverse bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione, la colazione al bar molto buona. Il nostro host molto gentile, discreto e disponibile. Avere di fianco a casa una strada chiusa con alla fine un parcheggio libero a circa 100/150 m (via Menotti Guzzi, vedevamo la macchina dalla finestra), trovando pieno tale parcheggio ce n'è un altro in via Cerritelli in cui abbiamo sempre trovato posto in orario serale (250 m al massimo dall'appartamento, c'è una scaletta che porta direttamente al parcheggio di via Menotti Guzzi); la posizione comoda per visitare i paesi vicini sia sul mare che verso l'interno.
La coperta che avrebbe bisogno di una lavaggio, la strada per arrivare al bar è in salita ed è un pò ripida, ci sono delle scalette che accorciano. Anche per arrivare dal parcheggio alla camera la salita è ripida.

It was an amazing apartment, we also had breakfast tickets in a close by cafeteria for free. This place is amazing
