Friendly hosts, plenty of parking. Comfortable and clean room with good shower facilities. Walkable to the nearest town for food and drinks!

Almost everything, the food was lovely in the restaurant nearby.
The views were stunning and the gardens were beautiful.

The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning.
We stayed there so that we could also have dinner there but the restaurant was closed on both days we stayed there.

Location to visit Cassino was ideal and extensive landscape grounds was nice.
Breakfast was substandard. Decor was old fashioned.
No pool despite extensive grounds.
