The hotel is new & clean. Staff are so friendly and polite. I'd like to thank them all for the hospitality and level of service shown. Location is great. There are shops, atms, cafes, and many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and quiet! Best sleep ever.
The only downside for me as a tourist who relies on public transport is lack of metro stop nearby. However, I managed to get around by ferries and buses. Late night I'd use a taxi.

We had a very pleasant stay at Saygin Hotel and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel is very centrally located, which made it easy for us to explore Istanbul and reach many places conveniently.
The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed and very clean. Our rooms were beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were also very nicely designed. You can really tell that the hotel is new. The rooms were cleaned every single day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
A special mention goes to the lady at the reception, who was very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The other staff members were also very polite and welcoming. We always felt well taken care of.
The spa area is also very nice and was a great addition to our stay.
We paid €722 with a discount for two large rooms for three people, and in our opinion, we definitely got what we paid for. The combination of the location, cleanliness, beautiful rooms, friendly staff and spa facilities made our stay very enjoyable.
Overall, we were very happy with Saygin Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, clean and centrally located hotel in Istanbul. We would happily stay here again!
One thing that would have made our stay even better would be if the hotel offered breakfast. However, the receptionist was very helpful and recommended several nearby restaurants where we could enjoy a delicious and authentic Turkish breakfast. Her recommendations were excellent and made up for the fact that the hotel itself does not currently offer breakfast.
