Can't rate something you couldn't even experience

This booking was cancelled by the host promptly without an explanation. Since booking.com is asking me to rate it anyway, I guess this is my rating... can't really rate anything you haven't experienced, I guess. At least we got a full refund...

See above.

A good place for the money.

The owner gave us very clear instruction from the host so we didn't waste any time to get into the unit.

There is only one power plug working in the kitchen.

Perfect

Everything was perfect! We had the entire appartment, it was really comfortable, cozy and clean. The check in instruction was easy, The buiding doesent have an elevator, but we knew this information before doing the reservation, and it was not a problem for us. It was easy to find a parking spot near the appartment.

Would not stay again

Good value for money. Location was not great (meant Ubering to and from centre of Strasbourg) however we knew this on booking hence the value for money

No lights on second two floors of apartment block and apartment was up 40+ steps with no lift. Apartment was not particularly clean. Grill in bathroom was disgusting, washing up drain board was dirty and my friend found pubic hairs in her bed

9 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026

L’appartamento è grande, ben arieggiato, pulito.

6 / 10Average·May 2026
