Absolutely Perfect – One of the Best Apartments We've Ever Stayed In!!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spacious, beautifully renovated, and had very high-end finishes throughout. Having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was perfect for our family of four, and everything was spotlessly clean. Both bedrooms have comfortable AMERICAN sized KING beds. The bathrooms were modern and beautiful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
The location was also ideal — just outside the busiest part of the city center, but only about a 5–10 minute walk to Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry area. It was in a cute neighborhood with a grocery store and coffee shops that made us feel like locals. We loved being close to everything while still having a quieter place to come back to.
One of the best parts was the incredible view from the balcony. We had beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea, the rooftops of Split, and the surrounding hills. It was such a great place to sit and enjoy the view.
The hosts were exceptional. The couple who owns the apartment, along with their adult son, were incredibly kind and helpful. They met us at the apartment for check in and check out, helped coordinate everything for us, gave us great recommendations, and was always very responsive whenever we had a question. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
Only minor complaint would be the water heater ran out of hot water quickly. It is on the fourth floor of a building, but there is an elevator and it never took long to get the elevator. The elevator ride is easily worth it for the view of the ocean from the balcony!
