From arrival to departure, Palette Angeles, Formerly Boss Hotel . delivered perfection. The pillow menu, blackout curtains, and high-thread-count linens ensured restful sleep. Appreciated the well-lit corridors and secure parking garage.

This hotel was a great choice for my solo trip because it gave me a quiet place to recharge after busy days outside. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything in good condition.

everything like the room, area, vibes and lastly the affordable price... na enjoy talaga namin ng partner ko plus tahimik pa. the only issue is the towel thing, they didn't give us towel 'til check out😀

AC is very cold, Hot and Cold Water Bath 10/10 , FO is approachable but kept on promising to deliver the requested items but never came. As A Former Housekeeping Manager, It is clear that HK staff aren't that knowledgeable about their job, 4th floor Elevator lounge the first thing you'll smell upon exiting the elevator is Trash. Coz they left 2 plastic bags of trash sitting near the Dado Hall. Pretty unhygienic in my opinion. It ruins the mood and ambiance of the hotel.
BROKEN SINK dripping down to the flooring, Room linen has stains, Red Stains on the duvet cover, Toilet cover was loose it was moving everywhere. Stayed here for 3days and 2nights, I even requested for bath mat but it never came, like never.
