Very nice Clean Quiet Comfortable very safe neighborhood
Not good for Senior citizen because of the stairs inside and outside Did not realize it was not handicap accessible when I booked it but was given a different room to make it easier for me Owner was exceptional

Simple, clean accommodations that were all I needed for a 3-day stay, without extra luxuries to add cost. The option at $7/day for parking in the small off-street lot (2-3 car capacity) was a big plus, with on-street parking sometimes full. Owners are sweet and kind, and were helpful in my inexperienced fumbling with Booking.com procedures.
Six rooms share the kitchen and two bathrooms, so depending on who's there, the potential for noisy neighbors. (This trip I had near-solitude and never actually saw anyone.) If someone has trouble with stairs (which I don't), this being up 1.5 flights of stairs should be noted.
