Bad Everything🚮

Nothing

Everything from the gate, because there was a strike on our arrival. We arrived at 4 p.m. but we were able to get inside at 7 p.m. The room was not clean, there was a bad smell when you entered and the fridge was not clean. The door handle was broken. The curtain rail was broken and the towel holder also broken. The glass inside the cupboard was broken. The dish cloth was smelling bad. They even sent the cleaners in the morning but they didn't disinfect the room. We went to the Lagoon pool and they refused us to enter they demanded R300, meanwhile on our booking the access to the pool was included. We didn't even meet up with our host, he was not available during our arrival until our check out. There was also a racist guy who wanted to attack my husband he said that he owns an apartment there and he also said what are we doing at the block that he is staying at.

Horrible weekend

I didn't like anything it was horrible the host kept shocking us the entire weekend we had to stress about everything, everything that we had planned was delayed because of the host failure to do things in time like sending the access code, entry to the venue and lagoon, cleaning and lack of electricity

The hosts lacked communication didn't even seem to care about us as their guests there was no communication whatsoever I sent a request to check in at 14:00-15:00 and got no confirmation from the host up to the day of check in, arrived at the venue we waited at the gate for about an hour trying call the host with no luck after an hour of waiting I decided to send a watsapp text to be told that I have to call another number that will be of the lady responsible for our booking. I then called that lady and she said she didn't know about us and she is just finding out about us now and she is told that the apartment is not yet cleaned as she didn't know we were coming but promised to send the cleaner immediately. I asked her to at least send us the access code to enter the premises as we have been waiting for too long and she did and we proceeded to the apartment and indeed it was dirty we waited for the cleaner and she came after 40 minutes and she started cleaning whilst we were there and we felt uncomfortable watching her clean we decided to go and take a walk. Day 2 we wanted to go hiking in the morning we text the lady for the access code her phone was off we had to wait until she contacted us an hour later to give us the code and we were late for hiking. Came back in the afternoon wanted to access the lagoon the property management said they need our host to come and pay for us to access the lagoon we call the lady again she keeps saying she is trying to find someone to come help us but she didn't we ended asking another host from the property to help us since ours is not showing up the lady helped us but unfortunately it was already late so we only stayed for about 40 minutes before closing time and paid R300 just to stay for 40 minutes.
