Good location with street parking. The road was quite busy so we used the free car park opposite. The property has had a lot of work done on it and has been done to a high standard. Good WiFi, comfortable beds, and good bathroom facilities. The garden is enclosed so perfect for our pooch to run around in.
While the bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean, the kitchen area was not. It looked like some surfaces, including windows had had a quick wipe over leaving ugly smears. The garden has been done nicely with a bit of imagination but needs more time spent on the upkeep. We had to remove all the cobwebs from the garden furniture before we could sit. Sofas in the living room were uncomfortable. Sounds bad, but the positives do outweigh the negatives for this property.

House was ideal for a weekend away. Clean, comfortable and had everything you needed.
Messaged host via booking.com and never got a reply. It’s not a big issue but maybe something to be aware about for future users.

It is excellent for a family stay excellent facilities beautiful decor really comfy
The stairs are a little steep for little people or wobbly people but has a good banister ( I am a wobbly person)
