Very High Price for a very poor place! They just want to grab your money!

After I entered the apartment, nothing functioned properly! Yes, the initial Host Tryggvi was very kind and helpful, but after that nothing went well! At first the internet was not working and I had to ask for an alternative Network which they finally gave to me! Second, and very important, the heating was very very very low, while outside was quite cold! I asked them to bring an extra radiator as we were four people into two different spaces! Only two days after our entrance to the apartment and after many many many calls to three different hosts, (Every time I was talking to a different host and had to explain from the beggining what I needed, apart from the fact that they were not replying to our phone calls), they brought us a heat radiator! I was also asking for an extra blanket, which also only after two days they brought us while of course they NEVER brought us an extra pillow also requsted, saying that we have to pay extra for this as well as for the blanket! And let us be serious, This is NOT an appartment! This is a space just divided into two different spaces! Overall A BAD EXPERIENCE! This is a place to avoid! I regret having made my booking there!

Good location and helpful staff, but the apartment needs better maintenance

The apartment is well connected to the city centre by a direct bus, which was very convenient. The agency team managing the property was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

The apartment should be thoroughly checked before new guests arrive. The smaller shower head was completely broken and sprayed water everywhere. There was also too little toilet paper provided for a 5-day stay, so we had to buy more ourselves, and there were no paper towels for the kitchen. The kitchen countertop was cracked in several places, and there was no drying rack for clothes when we arrived. However, a big plus is that the drying rack was brought to us immediately the following day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but a few small improvements and a more thorough inspection before guests arrive would make the experience much better.
