The location is excellent, but the neighbors are very close, so noise at night can easily be heard by them. In addition, it was quite difficult to find the room when we first arrived and checked in.

The property was clean, with many bedrooms and comfortable beds.
The property is not in an ideal area and was hard to find.
When we arrived, it was very cold inside and there was no hot water for the first day we were there because the gas had somehow gotten shut off. This was a big inconvenience upon checking in.
The neighbors around the property do not like that there is an Airbnb/private accommodation property here. They have put up signs letting you know they don’t approve of you being there so we did our best not to upset anyone.
There were not many instructions for how to use things like the laundry, thermostat etc.
