There was lots to like! The location is fantastic, with the river running down the one side of the site. The accommodation had everything we needed for our one night stay (cooking facilities, lounge area, etc) and it was finished to a good standard (incl. comfy bed and seats). The hot tub was also a great addition, and was the main reason we booked this place.

A couple of things could have been better. Firstly the water pressure is not the best, which was manageable for washing up, but was annoying for showering (it would have grated on me if we were there for longer). Second, because of the location of this particular accommodation on the site, there is a brief period where people walking past it will be able to see you in the hot tub. Again, this wasn't the end of the world, particularly as it got later in the day when there was obviously less people walking around, but in my view, if I'm paying nearly £200 for a night then I don't think you should be able to see people in the hot tub. All that said, it was suitable for our needs, and we left in the morning having had an overall positive stay.

Clean, compact, very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen

Water pressure on the shower wasn’t good, no iron/board no hairdryer, only 2 toilet rolls, no door mat when going in from hot tub so floor was slippery
