Lovely modern & spacious apartment. Nice balcony. A/c in both the living room & bedroom that works well.
Location is perfect, it's a 2-minute walk to the southern tip of Faliraki beach. However, we'd recommend walking a couple minutes further to Kathara beach which was way more relaxing.
Main part of Faliraki is only a 10-minute walk away, so loads of restaurants etc within walking distance, but the immediate area is very peaceful. No bars/clubs/restaurants on the actual road so it's quiet at night.
Run by a lovely family who also run the mini supermarket directly downstairs which is convenient for buying water etc.
We had some reservations about Faliraki before visiting but can honestly say we really enjoyed it. Kathara beach is great for a relaxing, beach holiday and the restaurants in the main part of Faliraki were great.

Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
Nulla.

The apartment is very comfortable and cosy, you have everything you need (aircon, wiFi, coffee machine but we didn't use it etc.) Location is very good, 1 minute away from the beach, some taverns nearby, downstairs is a supermarket (same owners as the apartment, we took the key from there). We could check-in early in the morning as we had a very early flight. I recommend the beach from the Lido Star hotel, for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 30 euros consumption required during the full day which is very convenient compared with other beaches (24 euros just for the sunbeds) and the beach has a little pebbles on the shore but afterwards sand. The Faliraki port is near and you can take boat trips from there or go to Rhodos Town by boat which is a nice experience. The city centre is just 10 minutes walk. This accommodation was very convenient as it is away from the noisy centre but not far away to walk by foot. Really recommend it! Thank you, Katerina for your hospitality!

Torneremo sicuramente!
