Well equipped kitchen and with comfortable living area.
The bedrooms are spacious light and airy and have comfortable beds.
Easy walking to Keynsham centre.
Owners responded quickly to emails.
Off street parking was good.
Utilised easy public transport ( train and bus) to Bristol and Bath.
Dining area quite small - OK for 2 but cramped if 4 people staying.

Bedrooms and bathroom were fantastic. Nice and spacious. Close to train station which made it easy to get to Bath on two days.
Plenty of fans were available which was a blessing in the hot weather.
Would recommend the Lock Keeper nearby for great food and drinks. Excellent staff.
Sitting outside space is in parking space (it was mentioned that this is to be improved but it was still odd).
Bedroom to front could do with a bit of cover at the bottom for some privacy without having to fully close curtains.
A dishwasher would be useful and there were no coffee pods on arrival

We needed accommodation in Keynsham as we couldn't stay at our daughter's while they were having work done at home. We wanted 2 bedrooms so that our granddaughters could stay and it certainly fitted the bill. The living/dining/kitchen was just what we needed with good quality fittings and equipment and a lovely welcome pack from our hosts in addition to all the essential cleaning products etc. There was also a very useful folder with all relevant information as well as leaflets about what to do in the area. The bedrooms were a very good size with comfortable beds and bedding and the bathroom had large soft towels, especially ideal after using the big modern rainfall shower. There were several unexpected little touches including night lights on the landings and fans in all rooms, very welcome in this year's hot summer. The location was ideal, close to the local high street with shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets as well as being on local bus routes and only a short walk from the railway station.
There was nothing that we could have improved as we had everything we needed and the hosts were available if we had a problem.
