Wonderful location. You can walk to the little town of Cashiers. The cottage is adorable and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice to sleep on. I would definitely stay again.
Lacking essentials such as a hair dryer, a trash can for the bathroom, a wine opener ( I bought one so it has one now) , an iron for your clothes, and storage containers for food if you cook in, something to clean the countertop with after cooking

It was very clean and seemed to be newly renovated.
The location was very misleading. There are no city views from this location.
The bed was not comfortable, the AC is very noisy and we woke up almost every time it would go off because it sounded like someone was coming in the door.
Lacked a secure feel. There needs to be some latch or lock on the inside for when people are inside for the night. The digital keypad is nice but would allow anybody in that had the code.
Also there needs to be a blind on the window where the kitchen sink is. We saw a gentleman working right outside the window and he could have peered in if he wanted to.
Because of all of these changes, we left late the second day and did not even stay the second night.
