Lovely stylish, spacious apartment close to the heart of Oia with easy access. Has everything you need and housekeeper very friendly and responsive. Transfer to pick us up from the airport late at night was on time, friendly and comfortable.
Some instructions for how to reduce the temperature of the spa would have been helpful. The balcony is a bit exposed, some plants or screen to provide some privacy would help.

The accommodation was extremely convenient and comfortable. Just a street behind the main road, it offered much privacy, easy access by car, and we enjoyed being able to walk around Oia, the bakery right in front of the home, and nearby supermarkets. It was about a 10 min walk to the castle and 25 min walk to Ammoudi Bay (depending on the crowds). It was walkable to Finikia as well.
The inside was spacious with multiple seating areas. It can be a bit windy outside but thankfully there’s a wall blocking the wind from the hot tub. There is a parking lot on one side of the hot tub, but that wasn’t bothersome, especially at night.
We also booked the Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View for other family members and we lucked out as the two were right next door to each other.
The host, Konstantinos, was very prompt, helpful, and friendly. He was also super flexible and allowed us to check out a few hours later during to an afternoon ferry.
I would highly recommend staying at AetherOia! You won’t regret it.
