Akra Didim Resort & SPA

Die Priene Villen sind sehr schön und geräumig. Der eigene Pool ist super. Der Fernseher ist groß genug, die Couch Landschaft, das Bett, die Poolliegen (mit Armlehne) und die Cabana sind sehr bequem. Die Dusche war groß und die Amenities waren sehr schön und ausreichend. Die außen Dusche ist auch super und gut vor fremden Blicken geschützt. Das Gym ist super und das Frühstücksbüffet der helle Wahnsinn. Man muss sich wirklich zusammenreißen, dass man sich nicht über isst, da alles so lecker aussieht. Die a la carte Restaurants sind super. Gerade das Restaurant im Erwachsenen Bereich ist wirklich klasse. Die Strände sind sauber und reichen von feinem Sandstrand über Kieselsteine bis zu Felsstränden an denen ein Steg gebaut wurde. Der spa ist super nur das hamam könnte wärmer sein und mehr Luftfeuchtigkeit vertragen. Leider ist der Familienteil des Spas der größere und lässt mit quälenden Kindern kaum Ruhe und Entspannung zu. Die liegen im Ruhe Raum werden über Stunden reserviert und nicht genutzt, was eine Schande ist für alle die die sich nach dem saunieren entspannen möchten. Hier muss das Personal eingreifen um so ein verhalten zu vermeiden. Die Cocktails und Variationen von alkoholischen sowie u alkoholischen Getränken sind super und lecker und die patisserie ist auch super. Der racket club lässt ebenfalls keine wünsche offen und bietet neben 2 tennis courts 3 paddle tennis und 3 Pickel Ball Plätze

Die Flecken auf der Couch und der Cabana sowie die teilweise angefallenen Verdichtungen an den Türrahmen von der Eingangstür und der Schiebetür zum Pool hinaus. Weiterhin waren die Steckdosenverkleidungen im Badezimmer nicht professionell verputzt sodass man noch Bohrlöcher sehen konnte.

We had a wonderful 16-night family holiday. There was an issue with our original two-room booking, but the hotel offered us a beautiful private villa for only a small additional cost. It had its own pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, and it became the highlight of our holiday. The service was excellent. We could contact the hotel easily through WhatsApp and always received a very quick response. The buggy service between our villa, the main hotel, restaurants, breakfast and the beach was fast and very convenient. The food was delicious with an impressive variety at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were lots of salads, home-grown organic fruit and vegetables, cheeses, pastries, hot and cold dishes, and even different flavoured butters, which was something I had never seen at previous hotels. Zeytin restaurant was outstanding, with a beautiful setting, delicious organic food and a lovely chilled wine room where we could taste the organic wines before choosing one for our table. Salkım à la carte restaurant was also excellent. We had a wonderful table with a stunning sunset view and really enjoyed the food and wine. The cleanliness was of a very high standard, and little touches such as leaving beautiful flowers were very thoughtful. The Art & Culture Club was brilliant for the children, with lots of different activities every day. The entertainment team were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel involved, and we really enjoyed the dance shows. We also loved the beach huts. One day there was a thunderstorm and we all stayed snuggled together under towels in the beach hut, watching the lightning and listening to the thunder while the rain poured down. It became one of those unexpected family memories we will remember forever. I was amazed by the roller-skating waiters and how skilfully they could skate while carrying and serving drinks. The service was incredibly fast.

My main disappointment was the family beach. It is a pebble beach and I found it very uncomfortable and difficult to walk across the pebbles and get into the sea. The adults-only beach has beautiful sand, but unfortunately children are not permitted there even under parental supervision. We were offered an area beside the public beach with access to the adults’ bar, but the atmosphere was not the same and I did not feel as comfortable or safe there with the children. I also think the games room would be better opening mainly in the evening. My eldest son enjoyed it so much that he spent a lot of time there during the daytime and missed some of the outdoor activities, swimming and sunshine. The top pool was lovely, but sunbeds filled up very quickly, so you needed to reserve one quite early compared with the family pool and waterslide area.

Tesisin yeni olması ve görece bakir bir tatil bölgesinde konumlanması oldukça hoşuma gitti. Çalışanların büyük çoğunluğu kibar, ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Deniz ise özellikle sabah saatlerinde temiz, öğleden sonra ılık; genellikle dalgasız ve sakin olmasıyla oldukça keyifliydi.

Tesisin restoran yönetimi, müşteri memnuniyetini ve misafir deneyimini gözetmekten oldukça uzak. A la carte restoranlar için rezervasyon yapılması gerekiyor ve ne yazık ki her denememizde taleplerimiz olumsuz karşılandı. İki odada konaklayan 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 7 günlük tatilimiz boyunca açık büfe restoran ve 24 saat hizmet veren restoran dışında hiçbir restorandan faydalanamadık. Müşteri ilişkileri birimi de bu konuda çözüm üretmek veya yardımcı olmak konusunda beklentimizi karşılamadı. Bu tesisi tercih etmeyi düşünenlerin özellikle şunu bilmesinde fayda var: Açık büfe ve 24 saat hizmet veren restoran dışında kalan restoranlardan faydalanmak oldukça zor. Dolayısıyla tatilinizde farklı restoranları denemek ve a la carte deneyimi yaşamak sizin için önemliyse, bu tesisi tercih etmeden önce mutlaka iki kez düşünmenizi öneririm.

Essen war super und vıelfältig. Sehr gutes offenes Buffet, was sich von anderen abhebt. Das Personal war sehr Aufmerksam und freundlich. Wirklich auf einem Top Niveau

Sauberkeit der WC‘s am Strand war nicht gut. Sowie funktionierte die eine Duschsäule in Laya Beach nicht. Ebenso war das CheckIn fragwürdig. Nach der Rezeption mussten wir nach draussen um unsere Koffer dem Mitarbeitern zu zeigen. Dabei fühlte sich niemand zuständig und wir mussten den Valetmitarbeiter ansprechen.
