Perfect location to getting into London as only 10 minutes from the station.
Parking available on the street in front of the property and easy to access the property.
The back bedroom windows did not open as they were locked and no key available. But a fan was provided which helped with the heat.

The staff were helpful with any problems I had and answered my questions very fast
The rooms had lots of space and didn't feel cramped
The beds were very comfortable
The parking was sometimes hard if there wasn't a space available
The heating wasn't working but we were given movable heaters to help and it won't be a permanent issue

Nicely presented, with well equipped kitchen utensils and cookware. Beds were comfy and rooms were bright, clean and airy. Was a short distance drive to Harry Potter Studios, and Watford Junction. Quiet area. The downstairs bathroom worked well in daytime. Useful appliances like an air fryer, coffee machine, and washing machine.
Parking was a little difficult at times.
Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, however the beds were very comfy.

It was great you are literally 15 minutes away from Harry Potter studios which is why we came
The stairs, and the toilet being at the back of the house, not near the bedrooms
