Location was perfect but facilities not good at all.
There was no breakfast but the location is good.
I had to go up and down looking for the keys even the security could not find the keys. After almost an hour in the complex we finally found them. The Lift was not working properly we had to use the stairs to access the 3rd floor with bags.

Awful
The room had an old fray bed.The cleaning services and changing of towels was done once a week. The shower door was not closing properly. That room don’t deserve what they are charging for it.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Felt Misleading
We booked this property three weeks in advance for our Cape Town stay, which allowed us to secure a better rate than a last-minute booking. However, upon landing in Cape Town and just before check-in, the owner informed us that the property we booked was suddenly no longer available.
We were then moved to an alternative apartment. The owner stated she would “do us a favour” by offering this replacement at the same rate, even though the price we paid was not cheap—it was simply a better rate due to booking well in advance. This situation arose due to the owner’s mistake, not ours.
Unfortunately, the alternative property was completely unacceptable.
The apartment was dirty, smelled strongly of weed, smoke, and mould, and the bedding had clearly not been washed. Each of us was provided with only one extremely cheap, uncomfortable pillow, and I had to roll up a dirty, smelly bed throw just to be able to sleep.
The aircon remote was missing, and when we asked about it, the owner said we were not entitled to it because we “paid a cheaper rate.” This explanation was repeatedly used throughout our stay, despite the fact that we did not choose this apartment and did not receive a discounted rate due to any fault of our own.
The apartment was not cleaned once during our 7-day stay. When we raised this, we were again told it was because of the “cheaper rate.” We explained that we were happy to clean ourselves, but asked that basic cleaning products be provided. Apart from dishwashing liquid, nothing was supplied.
Additional issues:
• Bedside tables had no globes, making them unusable
• No blackout curtains or blinds, with building lights shining directly into the bedroom at night
• Broken couch that collapses when you sit on it
• One of two dining chairs broken, forcing us to take turns eating
• Shower covered in mould
Overall, the experience was atrocious and honestly quite traumatising.

It was an average stay.
The location of the property was lovely and convenient to Canal walk
I had to reuse my towels for however long I stayed there. There was only 1 set. There was no cleaning room facility.
