Great location and bug apartment

The apartment is big, clean and well maintained. Clean sheets, beds and toilets. Everything works : warm baths, 2 TVs, Wifi, Refrigerator etc... The location is great, its near Marina bay and relatively close to everything.

A little bit of dust accumulated in some areas and the electric ports were not standard (C or E) but there was an extended cable in the kitchen which saved the day.

Apartamento espaçoso, mito bem localizado a 1 minuto a pé da marina de Tanger. Edificio de qualidade e boa manutenção, com porteiro 24h muito simpático e disponível. Com elevador.

O apartamento necessitava de manutenção e muita limpeza. É de lamentar um apartamento naquela área, naquele edificio ser arrendado com tanta falta de higiene. Chegámos ao apartamento à 00.30h com muita vontade de tomar um duche. As toalhas estavam húmidas, a cheirar a mofo no estendal. Muito velhas, gastas e uma delas mesmo completamente rota. Não foi possível tomar banho. No dia seguinte, lavei as toalhas na maquina, e durante a lavagem a maquina começou a transbordar. Tubagem entupida. Fiquei com a cozinha toda inundada. Arrendei um apartamento para poder fazer algumas refeições em casa, mas foi simplesmente impossível. A loiça estava toda muito suja de gordura, tachos encardidos, queimados, impróprios para uso. Sinais falta de limpeza acumulada. Nada do que vi poderia ser o resultado "do que deixou o ultimo inquilino". Fui comprar uma esponja para lavar o mínimo imprescindível, mas fui incapaz de tomar mais do que um simple café ou fruta em casa.Trata-se de um caso de insalubridade, sujidade incrustada, mofo, bolor que não nos permite ter um mínimo de conforto. Pela primeira vez desde que sou cliente, contactei o apoio ao cliente para reportar a situação e pedir para mudar de alojamento. Sou Genius 3, pelo que sei dá direito atendimento prioritario. Recebi uma mensagem a dizer que estavam a tratar o me pedido...so recebi feedback depois de ca estar, com 10% do valor creditado na minha conta. Ou seja, nunca fui contactada durante a estadia, não tive proposta de resolução nem nada similar. Recebi um "prémio de consolação". Péssimo serviço. Entretanto sei que a booking contactou o proprietário, pois recebi uma mensagem do mesmo a pedir desculpa pelo sucedido e a dizer que iria enviar "uma equipa de intervenção". Chegou lá uma senhora que apenas falava árabe. Agitada, irritada, que ralha conosco reclamarmos. IA SER DESPEDIDA. ESTOU SEM ESPAÇO PARA CONTAR O FIM. NAO RECOMENDO.
