Beautiful apartment and conveniently located. Not too loud being set back from the centre. Helpful having coffee, tea, welcome snacks, laundry pods. Great shower and well supplied kitchen
We only had one towel each and a hand towel. It would be nice to have a spare towel. Bed was a bit soft for our tastes. It gets quite hot even in the fall. On the third floor, so be prepared to carry up your luggage (we were aware from other reviews).

Liked having kitchen and washer machine. Lots of lighting and mirrors for getting ready. Liked the amenities like tea, coffee, shampoo and conditioner. Decor was cute and couch was comfy.
Switches were not labeled so we didn't know what they went to. The bed was not very comfortable. Maybe a mattress topper would be nice.

Modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a 2-night stay. Perfectly located; 10-15min walk away from all of Bath’s main attractions and transport links. WiFi worked great, tea, coffee, milk all provided. Would definitely recommend.
A little bit dark inside; not a major issue but did make an otherwise lovely apartment feel a little gloomy. The keyless entry system is great on one hand (don’t have to remember to take a key out), but was a little temperamental, which was frustrating when we first arrived. I also think a £25 charge for 1.5hr early check-in is a little steep.
