An exceptional host:
Pier is hands down one of the most proactive, friendly, and helpful hosts we have ever encountered. Communication during check-in was clear and effortless. When the weather cooled down at night, he proactively reached out to provide extra bedding and regularly made sure we had fresh towels.
Warm welcome:
We were welcomed with delicious homemade olive oil and homemade limoncello. The apartment was spotless, beautifully prepared, and even had nice little welcome treats waiting for us.
Private terrace & breathtaking view:
The private terrace with sun loungers and a table was an absolute highlight. The panoramic view over the bay, sea, and boats is literally straight out of a postcard.
Comfort & amenities:
Superb, quiet air conditioning, lots of wardrobe storage, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living area, there is a giant TV perfect for evening movies and a very comfortable couch. The mattress is on the firmer side, but very comfortable to sleep on.
Bathroom: Fantastic water pressure in the shower, constantly hot water.
Convenient parking:
We were provided access to a dedicated parking area nearby. It is gated with a barrier, and each parking spot has its own folding metal "Do Not Park Here" barrier. It was very quiet with few cars, making parking completely stress-free.
Great location:
Just a short walk down to the beach, about a 10–15 minute walk to a grocery shop, and a lovely 15–20 minute stroll into the town harbor where all the restaurants are located. As a bonus, Komiža is full of lovely, friendly local cats.
The bar stools at the kitchen island are quite tall (you have to lean forward a bit to eat), but there is a regular outdoor dining table on the terrace where you can comfortably enjoy your meals.

The views and cleanliness
No dishwasher and you have to ask for a host to wash your clothes. I would love to see these equipment inside the apartment

Apartament czysty, wspaniały widok, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, oliwa i nalewka na powitanie. W środku pobytu właścicel wymienił nam ręczniki i dał gratisowo jeszcze pyszną oliwę. Apartament przygotowany wcześniej niż wynikało to z zasad.

The views were amazing from the balcony. The apartment was clean, bright and modern. The apartment was just a short walk to the beach and town, but in a peaceful and quiet location. The host Pier was so helpful and friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you ☺️
