The apartment was as advertised and we could not fault it. It was light and airy with high ceilings, beautifully decorated, lovely artwork on the walls, nicely furnished and was very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed (although the dishwasher was broken). The en-suite bathroom was an unexpected bonus (could do with mirror though) and the main bathroom needs a lock on the door.
Major concern was the tenants in the flat below. The main front door was kept wedged open all the time as was their front door, the smell and smoke came into our flat continually and led us to believe the previous reviews were correct in that it appeared to be a drug den. On the first night there was doors banging, shouting and screaming was heard and it sounded so serious we thought about calling the Police. On the second night the Police did attend the flat with a cameraman, not sure why. At this point if the children had not been asleep we would have packed up and left immediately. Our main concern was if the excessive smoking from that flat would start a fire. The whole set up left us feeling uneasy from the start and we were relieved to leave the property.

Location was close to everything I needed and wanted. Apartment was great.
Bed was quite small as I am a tall person. The spring bed gave me some body aches but later adjusted.

Location, clean
The smell of smoke from the strange downstairs neighbour, dirty smelly hallway. The flat being permeated by cigarette smoke from downstairs. The upstairs neighbours children running around at 6am.
