It is in a very nice and welcome town with 3 fantastic restaurants and a great morning cafe. It is less than 30 mins away from 3 free parking beaches and very close to a grocery store if needs be. Francesco (caretaker) is a warm and very helpful gentleman. The water was always hot with great pressure and the A/C was great. It is a VERY safe property and quiet. Laundry facilities are close by if you need them.
I would recommend this property if you’re looking to explore the ortona region as we were. The only recommendation is to bring some food in advance depending on your arrival and possibly aluminum foil as the pots and pans do not have lids and research glass top stoves. The coffee takes too long to boil as the percolator doesn’t always seal. There’s not much I can say that’s negative. The bathrooms are big.

Struttura moderna, ampi spazi e dotata di ogni comfort (aria condizionata centralizzata fantastica, cucina ben attrezzata e camere spaziose). Nota di merito per il bagno: ampissimo e con una mega doccia rigenerante. Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Cattaneo per l'accoglienza super gentile, la grande disponibilità e gli ottimi consigli sui locali dove mangiare.
Ci è piaciuto tutto e l'unica nota da riportare è per il bagno che seppur non abbia finestre, compensa ampiamente con le dimensioni e la comodità della doccia.

The apartment was big and clean.
The position was in the middle of nowhere, you need to take the car for whatever thing you want to do. The neighborhood was incredibly loud, it was tough to sleep.
