This is a one level annex which was ideal. It was a good size and had everything needed for an easy relaxing stay. The little extras included were an amazing touch and we were very greatful for them. It was all very clean. The beds were very comfy which was such a relief to me due to health conditions I always struggle. But not this time.
Special shout to the owners dog, as they would patiently sit at the fence and look sad for attention. And would love any attention. My 2 girls fell in love and were happy to give attention.
As a family of 4 it was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Lincoln. We can only hope it's available next time we visit.
The only nit bits we had, the shower cubicle was very slippy surface, as I struggle with mobility it was difficult for me. So did the kids. Floor stickers or a mat inside would be ideal. And the pillows were very thin. But that's personal preference.

This well-appointed apartment is in a quiet area about 10 minutes drive from the city centre. The two bedrooms have beds with memory foam mattresses. The hosts had provided milk and a treat for our arrival.
Although there were 4 dining chairs, there weren't as many comfortable chairs

Great location with lovely view of the lake. Recieved all information beforehand allowing us to start our holiday straight away. Also had tea and coffee with biscuits on arrival, perfect after a long journey. Everything was clean and tidy. The area felt so safe and secure. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

The location is too far from any facilities. Nothing close.. only a filling station.
The entrance keypad are a hit and miss. Main door is impossible to see at night.
Beds have no protection mattress very unheiginic
