La casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole: dispone di quattro camere da letto, due bagni, due WC separati, un’ampia sala, una cucina e un balcone. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare proprio il balcone perché, complice il bel tempo, abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo sia per la colazione sia per l’aperitivo. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, tra cui lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice e ventilatori, e la cucina è molto ben attrezzata. Un altro aspetto decisamente positivo è la disponibilità di un posto auto privato, che rende il parcheggio molto semplice e comodo. La posizione è inoltre buona: il centro si raggiunge a piedi in circa 15 minuti.
The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a large living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. We especially appreciated the balcony because, thanks to the good weather, we were able to use it both for breakfast and for an aperitif. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts, including a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fans, and more, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Another very positive aspect is the private parking space, which makes parking very easy and convenient. The location is also good: the city centre can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Metterei in evidenza solo due piccoli aspetti negativi. Uno dei due bagni è piuttosto piccolo e, se si viaggia in due coppie, come abbiamo fatto noi, una delle coppie si ritrova con un bagno non particolarmente comodo. Il secondo aspetto riguarda uno dei letti matrimoniali, il cui materasso non ci è sembrato del tutto confortevole.
We would point out only two minor negative aspects. One of the two bathrooms is quite small, so if you are travelling as two couples, as we did, one couple ends up with a bathroom that is not particularly comfortable. The second point is that the mattress in one of the double beds was not entirely comfortable.

Buona impressione per il quartiere residenziale in cui è ubicato l appartamento, confermata successivamente dall appartamento stesso: pulito, ampiamente spazioso e accogliente. L ideale per un gruppo di persone.

The apartment was huge and worked perfectly for our three-generation family of five. Everyone had their own personal space and it never felt crowded.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we could hope to find. Even the knives were sharp, which is a rare thing to find in a rental.
Not much to complain about. A proper espresso machine would be a nice addition.
