A property with such serious management failures should not remain listed on the platform.

屋內還算舒適

After checking in on December 13, we discovered that there was no running water in the property. We contacted the host, but the response was extremely slow. Only after we filed a formal complaint with Booking.com did the host begin to respond more actively. At around 9:30 PM that evening, a plumber came to inspect the property and confirmed that the water supply had been officially cut off. We also found several water shut-off notices lying outside on the ground, clearly indicating that the host had failed to monitor or address the issue beforehand. We immediately requested a refund and planned to leave the next morning. However, the host assured us that they would contact the water bureau on Monday (December 15) and refund two nights of accommodation. Since we were traveling with a child and urgently finding new lodging would have been extremely difficult, we decided to trust the host and stay. The water was not restored until December 16 (Tuesday), meaning we spent three full days without running water. We had to use a public bathhouse to shower during that time. To make matters worse, the promised refund was never issued. Communication remained inconsistent and unresponsive. Booking.com only compensated us with 3,000 JPY in points, which we consider highly inadequate. A property without running water is unacceptable for travelers. This accommodation demonstrates severe mismanagement and lack of responsibility. We strongly believe it should be reconsidered for listing. 12月13日にチェックイン後、水が出ないことに気づきました。オーナーへ連絡しましたが、返信は非常に遅く、Booking.comに正式に連絡した後にようやく多少対応が積極的になりました。当日21時半頃、水道業者が確認に来たところ、物件は「断水状態」であることが判明しました。さらに屋外には断水通知書が数枚落ちており、オーナーが状況を把握しておらず、事前対応もしていなかったことが明らかでした。その場で返金を要求し、翌朝退去する予定でしたが、オーナーより「12月15日（月）に水道局へ連絡し、2泊分を返金する」との説明がありました。子供連れで急遽宿を探すのは非常に困難だったため、オーナーを信じて滞在を続けることにしました。しかし実際に復旧したのは12月16日（火）で、合計3日間水が使用できない状態でした。その間は外部の銭湯を利用せざるを得ませんでした。その後、約束された返金も実行されず、連絡も断続的で誠意ある対応とは言えません。Booking.

環境算係乾淨，而且住得幾舒服。

客服那邊回覆非常慢，甚至多次沒有回覆。最後一晚不停跳電掣，最後搵到原因係客廳燈有問題，報告給客服那邊後，完全沒有回覆。幸好只是燈有問題，沒有大影響。另外朋友留了東西在屋內，問了客服也完全沒有回應。
