We recently stayed here for our family trip to Shanghai Disneyland and Shanghai Wild Animal Park, and this hotel could not have been a better pick. The location is perfect — only a short drive to both attractions, and roughly 30 minutes to Pudong Airport, which made our arrival and departure stress-free.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The front desk team spoke great English and went out of their way to answer all our questions. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic mix of Western and local Chinese dishes, with plenty of fresh options every morning.
We loved the outdoor pool and garden area to unwind after long days at the parks. The free parking was a big bonus. Every staff member we met was polite and attentive.
If you are planning a Disney / wildlife park trip or need convenient access to PVG airport, this is absolutely the place to stay. Recommended!

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel's location is fantastic — close to the attractions and easy to get around.

I travelled with my two kids and booked the hotel because of it's location and facilities. The kids room was great, my kids enjoyed it. We really wanted to use the pool but it was dirty and cold unfortunately.
Im overall very happy with the experience.
Pool not as imaged. Was dirty and cold.
