Beautiful pod, comfortable bed, hot shower, aircon and seating area. Beautifully decorated. Easy walk to the NEC and nearby restaurants. Lovely coffee machine and great to have clothes steamer

It would be great to have trolleys to transfer luggage from the back door of the Hilton and an umbrella in the room. A small table in the bathroom would be useful for toiletries.

Beautiful over water lodge, second visit and will be back

Just the cobwebs and the table could have been cleaned, it was covered in bird mess, on the decking. The whole place is beautiful and understand nature, but the table was filthy.

Location was perfect for what we had planned we was able to have dinner and drinks in the resorts world and do an escape room and use the casino so a great night! Bonus we had the hot tub so we got to enjoy that before going out and after! The lodge was lovely and clean and had the hot tub all ready to go! It was so quiet and peaceful, we didn’t want to leave it was perfect, staff greeted us on arrival very friendly and helpful, really easy process and will definitely be booking again
