We found the flat very well located for public transport and only a short walk to the old town. It has a little kitchen area with everything you need, and the owners were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. There is a recycling as well as a rubbish bin which is also great.
If I could change one thing it would be to have a more supportive mattress on the bed.

The place was easy to find and the instructions were good. The owner, Sophie met us and showed us in which was a nice personal touch.
The place was very clean and exceptionally well stocked with everything we could need. The location is spot on and only 5-10mins walk to the old town and all the sites and even though situated on a road in the middle of town was still very quiet.
There is parking available nearby at reasonable prices (we used the Chevene car park and paid 15Euros for 48hrs) On street parking is available but is metered and more expensive. Free parking is available at the sports centre, but that is a ten minute bus ride away.
There is a lift in the building which is a bonus as the property is on the 4th floor. The little terrace was nice to have as the inside space is very limited.
A great little place, very reasonably priced and just right for a short stay.
We couldn't fault this place, but the description of an 'apartment' with one bedroom is a little misleading as it is in fact a one room studio with kitchenette and bathroom.

Il est très bien situé et bien équipé. Le personnel est très gentil, les petits plus sur place sont très gentils… On nous donne les meilleures activités et restaurant du coin, c’est sympa !!
La propreté est à revoir un petit peu… la vaisselle n’était pas bien nettoyé, je suppose dû aux visiteurs avant nous qui avaient du mal nettoyer mais du coup n’a pas été vérifier…
Je pense que l’odeur branché n’est pas une bonne idée et mettre une bougie à disposition serait mieux, l’odeur ne plait pas à tous et certains peuvent être allergique.
Dommage qu’on est pas accès au parking du sous sol, étant donné que la grande majorité des parkings à annecy sont payants, si vous donnez accès, vous pourrez même augmenter les prix..

This apartment was so well located , beside the Train & bus station , only 5 min which was so handy. It had all I needed , a nice apartment , well equipped . I would recommend this place to anyone .
