I loved it but I believe it’s still getting work done in the building but the room was lovely just like the pictures
The windows don’t open as it’s the top floor so I would recommend fans in the rooms as it gets warm there was no toilet roll in the bathroom either and perhaps leave more teabags and coffees, sugar out instead of one each also I recommend the little cartoons of milk

Clean room, easy parking. Comfortable bed. Everything clean and easy access.
There was no iron in the room. I called the customer service , they said someone is going to give it. Waited 2 hours. Finally, the cleaning staff was cleaning another room. We asked him one. The first one was was not working. He gave us another one which worked finally. Everything is good.

There is no receptionist and you have to bring a number to them be put through to about five different people to then finally receive a code for your room.
That I couldn’t access my room on arrival I had to wait for the information to be sent through after speaking to a few different members of staff on the only number I had that where in London.
