I love everything about this place. The owner works and takes care of the property. He was so nice, polite, and very professional. Also spoke excellent English. I booked 5 out of 6 rooms for my family. We were in town for a wedding and this place is a short 13 min drive. The room is modern, very clean and nicely appointed. Mini bar items were reasonably priced so I offered my whole family unlimited access to the mini bars. The bed and beddings were superb quality rivaling that of 5 stars hotels. The property was off the main road tucked back in a small alley, but that also gave us peace and quiet sleep time. The owner was also kind and did laundry for us for a small fee. This is a very small town in Nong Bua Lam Pu, and TonLiw is a hidden gem. We will for sure stay here again. Kudos to the owner for building such great property and it shows how much he cares about it.
Nothing. Small alley road to get in but we also drove a large 12 pax van and still managed. It’s actually nice that we weren’t next to the busy road.

Really spotless accommodation, modern yet cosy furnishings of western standard, super quiet air conditioning, state-of-the-art bathroom, great minibar, superb television, excellent WiFi!
Only the fuse for the hot water occasionally tripped, and the lack of soundproofing in the floor, which is common in Asia, meant that noise could be heard, but these were minor drawbacks.
